Nidhi has been continually training, performing and teaching dance since her middle school days. She is trained in various forms of Indian folk and Bollywood dances, as well as Jazz, Contemporary and Salsa. She was learning and teaching in the leading dance schools in India and has performed in various parts of the country.
Her teachers for Jazz and Contemporary include Gilles Chuyen (French Choreographer based in India), Ronnie Shambik Ghosh (HKAPA graduate, India), Ashley Lobo (Director of Danceworks, India), Santosh Nair (India). Nidhi learnt Ballet from Fernando Aguilera (India) and Salsa from Kaytee Namgyal (Salsa On 1) and Alexandre Amoroso (Salsa On 2). She has attended dance workshops of various international artists and is always keen to learn more.
In 2017, Nidhi established her own company – Nidhi Bhagania Dance Conservatory (NBDC), teaching Jazz, Pop, Latin Jazz, Indian Folk and Bollywood and performing in various cultural activities, school assemblies and theatre productions. NBDC presented its first annual Dance Fest in April 2019. Nidhi is also one of the producers of Bollywood Musicals HK and has choreographed all dances in all its productions.
