Come learn to dance in the air with Pippa Du Frayer, in this new Aerial Hoop class. A fun filled way to learn a dance that's elevated!In this introduction class you will learn how to get up onto the hoop and have some fun with easy to learn basic tricks! At the end of the month we will combine these tricks into a short choreography ready to show off to all your friends.Aerial hoop is a great way to tone your body, increase upper body strength and expand your flexibility.All you need is you and a pair of leggings! Get ready to experience what you never thought you could do!
This class is suitable for people of all levels and for men and women equally! You do not need a partner for this class.
Bachata is a dance from the Dominican Republic commonly danced in Latin night clubs all over the world.
The dance is split into levels to make it easy for you to learn. Start with level 1 to pick up the basic footwork and body movement, how to lead and follow the dance and some fun turns!
Level 2 and 3 advance your repetoire. Your instructor will let you know when you are ready to move up into those classes.
No partner necessary, partners are rotated frequently during the class.
Learn the basic techniques required for ballet through different training exercises and short dances.
Work your body, strengthening and lengthening the muscles. A fun way to keep fit and express yourself through dance!
Latin American Ballroom is a form of competitive dancing. You will learn routines for Cha Cha Cha, Rumba, Jive, Samba and Paso Doble can work up to performing and competing at events in HK and internationally! Very systematic and detailed, Latin American Ballroom will work on all aspects of your posture, alignment, balance and core strength.
In the beginner class you will learn the basic steps and figures first, rhythm and basic body action of each dance, Cha Cha Cha, Rumba, Jive, Samba and Pasodoble.
This class is suitable for people of all levels and for men and women equally! You do not need to bring a partner. Partners are rotated during the class.
Standard Ballroom is a form of competitive dancing based on the dances of Waltz, Foxtrot, Viennese Waltz, Quickstep and Tango. Couples are taught sequences and choreography and are encouraged to attend DANCESPORT events and competitions. Tea dances are also held that allow couples a place to practice and mingle to refine their techniques.
The beginner class is suitable for anyone interested in ballroom dancing to attend. You will start by learning the ballroom dance basic steps, gesture and music. This class also emphasizes on the basic technique and the connection with partners that will definitely help you to get on to the dance floor. Very practical for social functions and activities.
Fusion Belly DanceThe gorgeous movements of belly dance set to modern music - think of those Shakira and Beyonce music videos! Each class will cover a range of belly dance technique to help you achieve those serpentine sensuous moves, and a new fusion choreography will be taught in each class. Styles taught include tribal fusion, indian fusion and urban fusion bellydance - you are guaranteed to find a fusion style you love! Suitable for all levels.Egyptian Belly DanceShimmy the calories away and discover your inner goddess whilst learning the sensual art of belly dance with middle eastern music! No experience is need. Basic steps and movements will be taught gradually in each class. Simply wear yoga or sports outfits and no shoes are required.
Want to move with more fluidity and range? Cant express yourself on the dancefloor the way you would like or the way you see others doing? Then this is the workshop for you. Learn to isolate the different areas of your body and combine those isolations into movements you can use to express yourself on the dancefloor.

The Bollywood dance genre includes a variety of influences from classical indian and bhangra to modern hip hop. Technique and a new choreography will be taught in each class. Salsa is a nightclub partner dance that is popular all over the world!

Salsa night club events run 7 days in Hong Kong, so come down to the studio, pick up some cool moves and then head to the clubs, grab your mojitos and tequilas and dance the night away!!
At DANCETRINITY we teach the Puerto Rican New York Style of Salsa that is danced in almost every major city globally! We split the classes into different levels, so start with our Beginner classes and work your way up! Even after your first class, you will be able to head to the clubs and start dancing!
Once you are comfortable with the basics, head to our Level 2 classes, or learn how to move your body better in our Salsa Body Isolation & Application class!
If you've learned some basics but want to work on your technique, then our Salsa Improver classes are for you!
These classes are designed to enable you to understand the structure of the dance. Correct your timing and step-by-step, beat-by-beat breakdowns are given for each move so that you can execute them confidently.
Once you have attended enough beginner and Level 2 classes your instructor will promote you to Level 3 to take your dancing further and learn more cool moves!
If you've been dancing New York Style for a while now and are comfortable at the Beginner and Improver classes then it's time to set that floor on fire with these Intermediate classes.
Learn how to use those Improver class skills to combine your moves in new and intricate ways, add stylistic elements to your dance and multiple spins and turns. Play with the structure of the dance and create your style!
These intermediate classes further refine your Open Work, Partnerwork, Musicality and Spin technique to give you more flair and control in your dancing.
Want to know how the advanced dancers roll their shoulders, ribcage and hips. Want to add movement to your shines and partnerwork but can't get your body to move. Then this is the class for you! Learn how to isolate each part of your body and discover muscles you didn't even know you had. Get the range and flexibility you need to isolate your neck, shimmy your shoulders, shake your hips, do ribcage rolls, hip circles, trunk isolation, shoulder rolls and pumps, body ripples and much much more!!This class takes the isolations taught in the Body Movement & Isolation classes and applies them directly to Salsa, helping you isolate correctly using the steps you have been learning. Each class will take 2 or 3 isolations and detail the breakdown of how you should be performing the isolation and you will get hands on time with the instructor to give you corrections.
Do you want to loosen your body, increase your range of movement and improve your flexibility? If so, then this class will help you loosen up your body through various stretching exercises. Suitable for non-dancers who want to improve their flexibility as well. Please wear loose fitting clothes and it would be good to bring along a towel or yoga mat. (Yoga mats are available for use if you do not own one)

About Hatha YogaThe word “hatha” can be translated two ways: as “willful” or “forceful,” or the yoga of activity, and as “sun” (ha) and “moon” (tha), the yoga of balance. Hatha practices are designed to align and calm your body, mind, and spirit in preparation for meditation. Hatha yoga is a powerful tool for self-transformation. It asks us to bring our attention to our breath, which helps us to still the fluctuations of the mind and be more present in the unfolding of each moment.It’s a mixed level class, all levels are welcome. Options will be provided for different bodies. About Vinyasa YogaThe term vinyāsa refers to the harmonious coordination of eyes (drṣṭị ), body movements (karaṇa), postural alignments (āsana) and breath (prāṇāyāma). It's a method which turns static Yoga postures into a dynamic flow. Generally the length of an inhalation or exhalation dictates the duration of movements between a posture to the next one. Poses (āsana) are held for a predefined number of breaths. Vinyāsa applies a relaxed but sound diaphragmatic respiration known as ujjāyī prāṇāyāma.The whole practice creates internal heat which through increased circulation and sweating, detoxifies and strengthens the whole body. Mats are provided by the studio or you can also bring your own.
