Dizzy when you turn or spin? Is your balance bad when you spin or come out of a turn?
Do you want to be able to execute multiple turns and spins with grace and ease?
Then this is the class for you!!

Learn exercises that help you to find your centre, improve your balance, and strengthen your body.
Discover how to lead and follow preparations for spins and execute double, triple, quadruple spins with ease!

This class is suitable for all level of dancer and for men and women equally!

No partner necessary

Notes

IMPORTANT!
Dancing can be physically challenging. Please warm-up before taking classes. Students participate in all activities at their own risk.

STUDIO POLICY:
In group classes it is not necessary to bring a partner with you. Group classes rotate partners for best learning experience.
Please arrive on time for classes.
No Photography or Videoing of any instructor or classes is allowed.

TYPHOON POLICY:
During T3 or T8, most classes continue to run as usual, however please call to confirm.  During T9 & T10 we cancel all classes.
