Description

Contemporary dance is a merge of different styles with a contemporary flare. 

It focuses on the relationship with the music in understanding how to let the music move you. 
In this practice there is a concentration on use of breath, release, basic technique and expression.  

This form of dance is for those who are willing to let their souls experience a whole new realm of dance.

You can take this class on a drop-in basis or take it as a course (which is cheaper - see courses for details)

Notes

IMPORTANT!
Dancing can be physically challenging. Please warm-up before taking classes. Students participate in all activities at their own risk.

STUDIO POLICY:
In group classes it is not necessary to bring a partner with you. Group classes rotate partners for best learning experience.
Please arrive on time for classes.
No Photography or Videoing of any instructor or classes is allowed.

TYPHOON POLICY:
During T3 or T8, most classes continue to run as usual, however please call to confirm.  During T9 & T10 we cancel all classes.
