Description

Been practicing in our ALL LEVEL spinning class for a while now?  Want to take it to the next level?

Advance your spinning ability, multiple spins, double inside and outside turns, arm wraps, spin height variations and more!

Perfect your centre, solidify your balance, and strengthen your body.

This class is suitable for all level of dancer and for men and women equally!
NOT JUST FOR THE LADIES!!  Guys, the girls wont be able to do these turns if you dont lead them correctly!  Improve your balance too and work on your lead technique in this class!

No partner necessary

Class Requirements:
Ladies: You must be comfortable executing around 10 spins with a leader and two spins solo, be able to correctly execute pivot turns and using spotting technique.
Gentlemen: You must be comfortable LEADING an average of 10 spins but also be comfortable with the preps and single solo spins also using spotting technique.

Notes

IMPORTANT!
Dancing can be physically challenging. Please warm-up before taking classes. Students participate in all activities at their own risk.

STUDIO POLICY:
In group classes it is not necessary to bring a partner with you. Group classes rotate partners for best learning experience.
Please arrive on time for classes.
No Photography or Videoing of any instructor or classes is allowed.

TYPHOON POLICY:
During T3 or T8, most classes continue to run as usual, however please call to confirm.  During T9 & T10 we cancel all classes.
