Description

Jazz-for Beginners is a class for those who are passionate dancers wanting to increase their Jazz technique vocabulary in a correct and progressive manner.
As a beginners class we will focus and begin with the bare basics to train and prepare you for all those spectacular jumps and turns you see on the ever so popular "So You Think You Can Dance."  

We will work on strength endurance, flexibility and technique through much repetition - you will sweat. 

This class is for those who are ready for both the physical and mental challenge of dance.
We believe everybody can learn to dance, it's a matter of getting into the studio and learning how.

You may drop-in to this class or take it as a course (which is cheaper - see courses for details)

Notes

IMPORTANT!
Dancing can be physically challenging. Please warm-up before taking classes. Students participate in all activities at their own risk.

STUDIO POLICY:
In group classes it is not necessary to bring a partner with you. Group classes rotate partners for best learning experience.
Please arrive on time for classes.
No Photography or Videoing of any instructor or classes is allowed.

TYPHOON POLICY:
During T3 or T8, most classes continue to run as usual, however please call to confirm.  During T9 & T10 we cancel all classes.
