Want to move with more fluidity and range?

Cant express yourself on the dancefloor the way you would like or the way you see others doing?
Then this is the workshop for you.

Learn to isolate the different areas of your body and combine those isolations into movements you can
use to express yourself on the dancefloor.

No partner necessary

Notes

IMPORTANT!
Dancing can be physically challenging. Please warm-up before taking classes. Students participate in all activities at their own risk.

STUDIO POLICY:
In group classes it is not necessary to bring a partner with you. Group classes rotate partners for best learning experience.
Please arrive on time for classes.
No Photography or Videoing of any instructor or classes is allowed.

TYPHOON POLICY:
During T3 or T8, most classes continue to run as usual, however please call to confirm.  During T9 & T10 we cancel all classes.
